Always on Lachie MacPherson’s mind is Sascha, the son he hasn’t seen in 34 years. Lachie is determined that, after years of unsuccessful searching, 2018 will be the year that he finds Sascha. As a young man, stationed with the army in Germany, Lachie married a German lady, Christine. Soon afterwards, they had a son, Sascha Lachlan MacPherson. The marriage was short-lived but Lachie continued to see Sascha. Returning to Scotland to attend university though, Lachie lost touch with him. Alongside his daughter, Mischa Macpherson, "A' Sireadh Sascha," follows their emotional journey in search of a son and brother.
